- He volunteered to become the leader of an online extreme right-wing group called Exiled 393 and set up an online library to share with the members right-wing propaganda and manuals about making explosives. He wanted a revolution based on his fascist beliefs, including hatred of non-white people, Jews, Muslims and people with a different sexual orientation to his. - Between October 31, 2020 and December 19, 2020, he transferred funds to help purchase materials to build weapons to be used by The British Hand members. He sought to produce a firearm using a 3D printer. (d)
- In November 2020, he told The British Hand members that they should set up a collective PayPal account to buy weapons and other items for the group. He told the undercover officer who had infiltrated the group that he wanted to executive his Asian friend who he likened to a cockroach. He said the friend boasted to him of sleeping with three white women. (a)
- On December 29, 2020, he was arrested at his home in Ingatestone. Police seized a large amount of material demonstrating his commitment to an extreme right-wing cause. After his arrest, he confessed that he had neo-Nazi, fascist, far-right views but he claimed he felt ashamed and disgusted by them. (a)(b)
- In August 2021, he pleaded not guilty to disseminating terrorist publications through a library on Telegram but admitted four other counts of having terrorist publications. (c)
