Mena Dyaha Yousif is an Iraqi-American woman from Minnesota, United States. Her parents fled Iraq because of war.

On May 28, 2020, amid protests following George Floyd‘s death in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 25, 2020, she was caught on camera wearing a blue headscarf and dark shirt while accompanying Felan, who allegedly set fires in different places on University Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota including a Goodwill retail store, the Gordon Parks High School and the 7 Mile Sportswear store. Afterwards, she allegedly helped Felan avoid authorities in Olmstead County, Minnesota and fled to Mexico with him while she was pregnant. (a)(c)(d)

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) special agent Dominic Bates filed a criminal complaint against her, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Hildy Bowbeer on June 9, 2020. That day, she was driving a black 2013 Cadillac SRX bearing a Minnesota license plate. When authorities stopped the vehicle, which is registered to Felan, she was asked to identify the car’s owner and she responded that she did not know. On June 10, 2020, a silver 2010 Chevrolet Traverse with a Minnesota license plate, which is registered to her, was located in the parking lot of a motel in Fort Scott, Kansas. (a)(c)(d)

  9. On February 15, 2021, the U.S. Marshals Service located her and Felan. Mexican authorities arrested them in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for immigration violations. They were transported to San Diego, California, USA. (a)(b)(c)
