He said that the school told him to come to the campus that day because his daughter had been physically assaulted but did not tell him she had been sexually assaulted. In the evening, a rape kit was performed and verified that his daughter had been sexually abused.   9. On June 22, 2021, he and Jessica attended a school board meeting for Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) in Leesburg to stick up for his daughter. The board was supposed to vote on a policy regarding the rights and treatment of transgender students but the meeting was abruptly ended. He became irate when a woman at the meeting allegedly denied the claim that his daughter was sexually abused on May 28, 2021. He was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct. A Loudoun County magistrate released him on a personal recognizance bond. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended contingent on good behavior for one year. (a)(c)(e)

  11. In July 2021, the boy who allegedly sexually abused his daughter on May 28, 2021 was arrested for forced sodomy.
