Miss Universe Thailand 2020 Amanda Chalisa Obdam (อแมนด้า ชาลิสา ออบดัม), 28, of Phuket, Thailand will crown her successor at the Scala Theatre in Nong Nooch Tropical Garden in Pattaya, Thailand on October 24, 2021. It will be the 22nd edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Thailand’s Miss Universe candidate.
Currently, Thailand has 12 Miss Universe placements including the coronation of Apasra Hongsakula in 1965 and Porntip Nakhirunkanok in 1988. Representing the Asian country Sophida Kanchanarin and Obdam finished in the Top 10 in 2018 and 2020, respectively, while Paweensuda Drouin finished in the Top 5 in 2019.
There are 30 women competing for the Miss Universe Thailand 2021 title. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 13 candidates:
