Husband of Central Point, Oregon’s Amanda Schmeck talks to Joe Biden

Amanda Mae Sales Schmeck, 35, of Central Point, Oregon, United States is married to Jared Michael Schmeck, 35. They have four children together.

Amanda is Todd Alan Sales and Cheryl Kennish Sales‘s daughter. Todd is Edd Sales and Betty Sales‘s son and Cheryl is Ken Kennish and Alvernia Kennish‘s daughter.

Aside from Central Point, Amanda has lived in other parts of Oregon including Klamath Falls, Talent and Medford. She was attending the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls and working at Human Bean in Klamath Falls as a barista when she married Jared.

Amanda’s brother Joshua Alan Sales was born in Torrance, California and raised in Lakewood, California. He lived in Central Point from 1997 to 2005 before moving to Palm Desert, California.

In 2004, Amanda graduated from Crater High School in Central Point. She earned bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at the Oregon Institute of Technology.

Joshua turned 26 on January 14, 2010. He died in Palm Desert on February 2, 2010.

Jared Schmeck

On August 8, 2008, Amanda and Jared got married at the Eastman Gardens in Grants Pass, Oregon. Pastor Scott Barlow of Table Rock Fellowship in Medford officiated.

Jared and Amanda spent a two-week honeymoon on Maui, Hawaii, USA. She gave birth to their first son Griffin Sales Schmeck in 2010, their second son Hunter Clark Sales Schmeck in 2013, their first daughter Piper Elizabeth Sales Schmeck in 2017 and their second daughter Penelope Sales Schmeck in 2019.

On April 19, 2021, Amanda turned 35. On the evening of December 24, 2021, her husband Jared called from Central Point into the White House NORAD Santa tracker and talked to 46th U.S. president Joe Biden and Biden’s wife Jill Biden, who were in Washington, D.C., USA.

“Merry Christmas and let’s go, Brandon,” Jared said after telling the first couple the gifts his children wanted. After the call, Amanda wrote on Instagram, “My husband may or may not have just told joe and jill Biden ‘let’s go Brandon’ on the phone.”
