The Territorial Collectivity of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon is a self-governing territorial overseas collectivity of France in North America. The collectivity is near Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

On June 11, 1985, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon became a territorial collectivity of France. The residents of the collectivity are French citizens.

Christian Pouget, 56, is the incumbent prefect of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon. He assumed office on January 6, 2021.
