  4. Just after 3:00 a.m. on December 30, 2018, he allegedly shot two people in the parking lot of the Bourbon Street Sports Bar on Flamingo Road in Las Vegas.
  5. On February 22, 2019, he was arrested without incident in Beaver, Utah, USA and held in the Beaver County Correctional Facility in Beaver while awaiting extradition to Las Vegas. He faced six charges in connection with attempted murder of two people.

  9. On March 1, 2022, he was arrested, booked into the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas and charged with one count of open murder and 12 counts of attempted murder.
  10. He was 44 years old when he was arrested on March 1, 2022.
