Miss Tennessee USA 2021 Elizabeth Graham Pistole, 21, of Nashville, Tennessee, United States will crown her successor at the George and Sharon Mabry Concert Hall on the campus of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee on March 12, 2022. It is the 70th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Tennessee’s Miss USA candidate.

Pistole was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2021 at The Horseshoe Hotel and Casino in Tunica, Mississippi, USA on March 13, 2021. Emily Suttle of Franklin was first runner-up while the respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Christine Williamson of Tennessee Valley, Lily McKenzie of East Tennessee and Samantha Elaine of Nashville.

Tennessee currently has 34 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Lynette Cole in 2000 and Rachel Smith in 2007. Pistole finished in the Top 16 in 2021.
