Miss Arkansas USA 2021 Stephanie Barber, 23, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States will crown her successor at the Fort Smith Convention Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas on April 10, 2022. It is the 71st edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Arkansas’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Arkansas has 14 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Terri Utley in 1982, the first runner-up finish of Margaret Haywood in 1955 and the second runner-up finish of Nancy McCollum in 1956. Barber was unplaced in 2021.

On May 23, 2021, Barber was crowned Miss Arkansas USA 2021 at the Fort Smith Convention Center. Runner-up to Barber was Jasmine Bruce of Fayetteville while Mackenzie Hinderberger of Windsor Lake, Teresa Fletchinger of Little Rock and Caroline Adair of Monticello were the respective second, third and fourth runners-up.
