65 Miss Pennsylvania USA 2022 candidates competing in Johnstown

Sydney Jane Robertson, 24, of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, United States is the reigning Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021. She won the title on July 31, 2021 at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Runner-up to Robertson was Katherine Santiago of Lehigh County. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Tristin Kresak of Cambria County, Jennifer Santiago of Northampton and Billie LaRae Owens of Phoenixville.

On April 24, 2022, Robertson will crown her successor at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown. It is the 71st edition of the beauty pageant that selects Pennsylvania’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the official Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
