Nisa Van Baelen, 22, of Tessenderlo, Limburg, Belgium represented Limburg at Miss Exclusive 2021 and competed against 13 other candidates at Sotto’s in Zottegem, East Flanders, Belgium on June 26, 2021. She won the title.
On May 7, 2022, Van Baelen went back to Sotto’s in Zottegem where she crowned her successor Daphne Nivelles. The latter will represent Belgium at Miss Earth 2022.

On November 5, 2021, Miss Exclusive Water 2020 Amber Vermeulen represented Belgium at The Miss Globe 2021 and competed against 49 other candidates at the Tirana Olympic Park in Tirana, Albania. She was unplaced.
Instead of Van Baelen, Miss Exclusive Air 2021 Selena Ali represented Belgium at Miss Earth 2021 on November 21, 2021, competed against 79 other candidates in a virtual coronation ceremony and finished in the Top 20. It is the first Miss Earth placement of Belgium.
