Jacqueline “Jackie” Russ Harford, 54, and her boyfriend John Keglovics, 49, both live in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. They are reportedly the owners of Fossil’s Last Stand, a bar in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania.

Originally from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, USA, Harford attended Phillipsburg Catholic High School in Phillipsburg. Her former husband Carl Gregg Harford, 55, also lives in Allentown.

At 10:37 p.m. on May 13, 2022, Jackie entered the car of Lyft driver James W. Bode, 30, of Northampton, Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania outside Fossil’s Last Stand. She told him, “Wow, you’re like a white guy.”

“What’s that?” Bode turned down the music in his car. “Excuse me?”

“You’re like a normal guy, like you speak English,” Jackie explained to Bode. She laughed, patted him on the shoulder and said, “Sorry.”

“No, you can get out of the car,” Bode told Jackie. “I’m gonna cancel the ride. That’s inappropriate. It’s completely inappropriate. If somebody was not white sitting in this seat, what would be the difference?”

“Are you serious?” Jackie seemed confused. Keglovics was about to enter the car when Bode explained to him what she had said and asked the two to leave.

Keglovics was infuriated and started cursing Bode. Jackie’s boyfriend told the Lyft driver, “You’re a f*****g a**hole.”

“It’s all on camera, man,” Bode reminded the passengers. This did not stop Keglovics from talking.

“Really?” Keglovics told Bode. “Oh, you’re a f*****g a**hole! You’re a piece of s**t. I should punch you in the f*****g face, bro.”

“Oh, you’re going to threaten me?” Bode asked Keglovics. “Assault? ‘Cause you, guys, are racist f***s.

“You’re a f*****g a**hole, f*****g n***** lover, f*** you!” Keglovics told Bode then slammed the door. “Get the f**k out of here.”

“No, I’m calling the cops on you, man,” Bode told Keglovics. “It’s all on camera. Do you guys own the place? That’s great. Everyone’s gonna know. Fossil’s Last Stand from black people, right? Yeah, f**k off.”
