John Fore, 66, of Denham Springs, Livingston Parish, Louisiana, United States is the owner of Tiki Tubing, LLC, a water sports company based in Denham Springs. He is married to Patricia Dianne Fore, 58.

In 2019, Patricia allegedly sexually battered a juvenile. John is also accused of sexually battering another juvenile.

In 2021, multiple people died and dozens more had to be rescued while on the Amite River in tubes rented out by Tiki Tubing. In June 2021, Keith Hilliard, 53, of Central, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana fatally drowned on the Amite River after launching from John’s water sports company.

Hilliard is the father of Louisiana State Univeristy pitcher Ma’Khail Hilliard, 23. Ma’Khail is named as a plaintiff in the federal wrongful death lawsuit filed by Keith’s family against Tiki Tubing on May 16, 2022.

Just before 10 a.m. on May 16, 2022, John turned himself into the Livingston Parish Detention Center in Livingston, Livingston Parish. Days before this, the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint that involved a juvenile victim then launched an investigation.

John was booked on one count of sexual battery, which is a felony. He was required to wear a global positioning system (GPS) monitor after bonding out at $25,000.

On May 20, 2022, Patricia was also arrested and charged with one count of sexual battery. At around 11:00 a.m., she was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center.

Patricia’s bond was set at $25,000. She is no longer listed on the detention center’s inmate list.
