Currently, Croatia has four Miss Universe placements. Representing the European country, Sarah Ćosić finished in the Top 15 in 2009, Elizabeta Burg finished in the Top 16 in 2012, Shanaelle Petty finished in the Top 16 in 2017 and Mia Rkman finished in the Top 20 in 2019.

Miss Universe Croatia 2021 Ora Antonia Ivanišević, 21, of Dubrovnik, Croatia will crown her successor at the Emerald Ballroom of Esplanade Zagreb Hotel in Zagreb, Croatia on May 23, 2022. It is the 26th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Croatia’s Miss Universe candidate.
Ivanišević was crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2021 in Zagreb on July 14, 2021. Lorena Mustać and Ozana Franović were the respective first and second runners-up.
There are 13 women competing for the Miss Universe Croatia 2022 title. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 5 candidates:
