Ora Antonia Ivanisevic was born and raised in Dubrovnik, Croatia. She is studying tourism management at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Croatia in Dubrovnik.
On July 14, 2021, Ivanisevic competed against 14 other Miss Universe Croatia 2021 candidates at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb, Croatia. She won the title.
On December 12, 2021, Ivanisevic represented Croatia at Miss Universe 2021 and competed against 79 other candidates in Eilat, Israel. She was unplaced.
On January 16, 2022, Ivanisevic turned 21. On May 23, 2022, she went back to the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb where she crowned Arijana Podgajski, a student at Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb in Zagreb, as the next Miss Universe Croatia.
Podgajski will represent Croatia in the 71st edition of Miss Universe. If she wins, she will be the international beauty pageant’s first winner from the country.
Croatia currently has four Miss Universe placements. Representing the European country, Sarah Ćosić finished in the Top 15 in 2009, Elizabeta Burg and Shanaelle Petty finished in the Top 16 in 2012 and 2017, respectively, and Mia Rkman finished in the Top 20 in 2019.
