The Miss Nederland 2022 coronation night will be held at Studio 21 in Hilversum, North Holland, Netherlands on September 4, 2022. It is the 14th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Netherlands’ Miss Universe candidate.

Currently, the Netherlands holds 13 Miss Universe placements including the coronation of Angela Visser in 1989. The most recent one was when Yasmin Verheijen became third runner-up to Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega of Colombia.

On August 29, 2021, Julia Sinning, then 24, of Amsterdam, Netherlands was crowned Miss Nederland 2021 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. Her fellow Amsterdam resident Eleanor Dingemans, then 24, was first runner-up.
