Tsui Kin Ming, also known as Andy Tsui, is the president of Leisure and Resorts World Corporation, which is headquartered in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Management Accountants and Certified Internal Auditors.
Tsui attended Baruch College, a constituent college of the City University of New York system in New York City, New York, United States. He earned his bachelor of business administration degree in public accounting and later earned his master of business administration in finance and investment from the university.
The Baruch College alum is a former chief financial officer (CFO) of Meg*Star International in Macau, China, a former CFO of Jimei Group Limited listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) and a former chief accounting officer of Entertainment Gaming Asia, Inc. in Hong Kong. He was responsible for the overall finance management of these companies, which included cage operations, accounting and credit departments, among others.
Also, Tsui was responsible for the full scope of finance operations, including preparation of monthly financial reports, cash flow management, annual budget, cost reduction strategies, accounting policies and controls and evaluated new investment opportunities. He led transactions in compliance with the listing rules of the HKSE, including fund raising activities, such as issuance of convertible bonds.
