Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2021 Georgina Fleming Kerford, 19, of George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands will crown her successor at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa in George Town on August 6, 2022. It is the 45th edition of the beauty pageant that selects the Cayman Islands’ Miss Universe candidate.

Competing since 1980, the Cayman Islands has yet to have a Miss Universe placement. Representing the self-governing British overseas territory, Dealia Devon Walter and Maureen Theresa Lewis won the Miss Congeniality award in 1980 to 1982, respectively.

Representing George Town, Kerford was crowned Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2021 at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa on September 18, 2021. Kimberly Carlos of West Bay was first runner-up while Aliyah Harrison of West Bay and Ashley Crowe of George Town tied as the second runners-up.
