  11. On August 29, 2014, the Brenham Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest.
  12. On July 25, 2022, he was arrested in Austin by the Erie Police Department, the Pennsylvania State Police, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Austin Police Department. He was charged with homicide, burglary, theft and tampering and booked into the Travis County Jail in Austin awaiting extradition.
  13. He was 55 years old when he was arrested on July 25, 2022. Before the arrest, he was convicted four times in Texas on other crimes.
