The Miss Guatemala Organization 2022 coronation night will take place at Hotel Westin Camino Real in Guatemala City, Guatemala on August 7, 2022. It is the third edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Guatemala’s Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and Miss Tourism International candidates.

Currently, Guatemala has two Miss International placements including the coronation of Ilma Urrutia in 1984, and two Miss Earth placements, including María José Castañeda‘s Top 16 finish.

On September 11, 2021, Mariela Aldana of Guatemala City was crowned Miss Earth Guatemala 2021 in Guatemala City along side Miss Intercontinental Guatemala 2021 Raquel Maria Alejandra Escalante Chacon of Santa Rosa and Miss Tourism Guatemala 2021 Jennifer Paola Aldana Paz of Teculutan. No one was crowned Miss International Guatemala 2021 because Miss International was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
