  1. He has lived in different parts of Arkansas including Harrison and Kansas City. He earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in Lawrence, Kansas.

However, he was later discharged from the U.S. Army and the JAG School for failing to report a previous conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).

In the overnight hours between February 6, 2022 and February 7, 2022, he filmed himself trying to delete online JAG training materials without authorization and while his U.S. Army discharge was pending. He contacted his ex-girlfriend and informed her that Russia reached out to him, wanted to know what he knew and that he intended to travel to Russia. He later contacted the Russian embassy.
  10. On February 22, 2022, he was discharged from the JAG School and claimed in out-processing paperwork that he had no unreported contact with a foreign national.
  11. In April 2022 and May 2022, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents interviewed him about his actions between February 6, 2022 and 7, 2022. He lied about his foreign contact and the deletion of the JAG training materials.
  12. He pressured another ex-girlfriend to provide false information about him before she was interviewed by FBI agents between April 2022 and May 2022. On August 9, 2022, he pointed a pistol at her head in Harrison. He was arrested in Arkansas and later transferred to federal custody to face cyberstalking charges for his conduct involving his other ex-girlfriend.
  13. He was 36 years old when he was arrested on August 9, 2022.
