That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
On January 19, 2021, he took to Facebook to share a photo of himself and Deborah, which was taken at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather on August 23, 2022. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement officers; interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder and four related misdemeanor offenses.
On August 24, 2022, he was arrested at a home located across the street from Falkville High School in Falkville.
He was 48 years old when he was arrested on August 24, 2022.
