On March 7, 2019, the Ares Firearms Training Facility, which is based in Leesburg, Florida, took to Facebook to thank him and his fellow Florida residents Chris Wilson and Anton Szymanski. On August 23, 2022, he took to Facebook to share a YouTube video of Szymanski.
Wearing a tactical vest with a chemical irritant spray attached to the front, large goggles, a green helmet and a shirt that read “waterboarding instructor” and carrying a long black walking stick, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin Meriweather on August 16, 2022. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with a felony civil disorder and two misdemeanors, which are entering and remaining in a restricted building and disorderly conduct in a restricted building.
On August 21, 2022, he took to Facebook to share drone videos taken at the Quechee Gorge in Quechee, Vermont, USA.
On August 24, 2022, he was arrested in Hardwick, Vermont. He appeared in federal court in Rutland, Vermont for an initial court hearing before Judge Geoffrey Crawford.
He was 33 years old when he was arrested on August 24, 2022.
