Jan Valetine Stawovy, 61, of Hunker, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States is a big fan of Donald Trump, 76, who served assumed office as the 45th U.S. president from January 20, 2017 to January 20, 2021. On November 3, 2020, Trump lost to Joe Biden, now 79, who assumed office as the 46th U.S. president on January 20, 2021.

On September 10, 2022, Stawovy entered a Dairy Queen in Delmont, Westmoreland County wearing a rainbow clown wig and a yellow safety vest while carrying a .40caliber gun and left two more loaded guns and 62 rounds of ammunition in his car, which was parked outside the ice cream parlor.

Delmont Police Department officers arrested Stawovy without incident. He was charged with being a man with firearms not to be carried without a license, being a person not to possess a firearm, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.

When interviewed by investigators, Stawovy said he was undercover and he had the guns to protect himself from drug traffickers. He told them that he intended to kill Democrats and liberals and he wanted to restore Trump as president of the U.S.

Stawovy referred to Trump as president king, a common terminology among Qanon believers. On September 11, 2022, Qanon believer Igor Lanis, 53, of Walled Lake, Oakland County, Michigan used a Remington 870 shotgun to shoot his wife Tina Lanis, 50, their daughter Rachel Lanis, 25, and their family dog in their home in Walled Lake.

Igor was fatally shot after exchanging fire with Walled Lake Police Department officers who responded to the scene. Rachel survived after being critically injured while Tina died.
