Mark and Billy are brothers. A ping from Mark’s phone led investigators to an area near Kennedy’s salvage yard where evidence of a violent event was found.

  1. I believe that it is possible that they could find more missing people. He has made remarks about how easy it is to get rid of anything at his junk and no one would ever know. I was a renter at the trailer at the top of the junk yard. He made threats to myself and some of my visitors.
