Daniel James “DJ” Forman, 31, of Prattville, Autauga County, Alabama, United States is in his first year of employment with the Autauga County Schools. He is a special education teacher at Prattville High School where he also serves as a coach.

On October 27, 2022, a female student, 18, was in Forman’s home in Prattville. The two were kissing when he allegedly fondled her breasts and genitals and told her he wanted to make love to her.

On November 3, 2022, Forman turned himself into police. At 12:50 p.m., he was booked into the Autauga Metro Jail in Prattville.

Forman was charged with one count of sexual contact with a student under the age of 19. His bond was set at $45,000.

The teacher from Prattville is now on leave. Future disciplinary action may be pending.

Prattville High School forms part of the Autauga County School System. The school is formerly called Autauga County High School.

Several athletes graduated from Prattville High School. Among them are football players Bobby Greenwood, 35, Nick Perry, 30, and Kamryn Pettway, 25, and baseball players Marlon Anderson, 48, and Evan Crawford, 36.
