4. In 2019, he stayed at a motel in St. Petersburg.
5. On January 6, 2021, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
6. On September 27, 2022, he registered to vote in Jefferson County, Florida with no party affiliation.
7. A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya on November 2, 2022.
8. On November 3, 2022, he was arrested in Miami, Florida. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon and disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon.
9. He was 52 years old when he was arrested on November 3, 2022.
10. On November 7, 2022, he will make his initial appearance in court in Florida.
