Justin Martin, 24, of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, United States allegedly hit someone in the face with a gun and robbed the victim on Clearview Road in Union, Franklin County, Missouri, United States on July 6, 2022. He was driving a red Chevrolet Cobalt, according to the victim.

On the evening of July 16, 2022, Martin was driving a red Chevrolet Cobalt. With him in the car was Ali Taylor, 21, of Boonville, Cooper County, Missouri.

At 9:07 p.m., Hallsville Police Department officers pulled over the Chevrolet Cobalt in the parking lot of Tribble Park in Hallsville, Boone County. Martin got out of the vehicle, ran through the park and a resident’s yard and got away.

Taylor also tried to exit the vehicle but she was detained. The officers searched the vehicle and found burglary tools, drug paraphernalia and loaded hypodermic syringes with suspected meth.

On July 18, 2022, Taylor was charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Boone County Jail in Columbia.

On November 17, 2022, a Boone County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped the car Martin was driving in Columbia. The Columbia man got out of the vehicle and ran away.

Shortly after, Martin was arrested in a nearby residential area. He was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.
