During a meeting of the mayor and council of the borough of Penns Grove on November 6, 2019, he questioned the feasibility of the borough accepting his property that was recently destroyed by fire.
Wearing glasses, a Puma sweatshirt and a hooded shirt underneath, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021 with his father. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
On April 29, 2022, he identified himself during a non-custodial interview to the Federal Bureau Investigation in three images taken inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
An FBI special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge on G. Michael Harvey on November 14, 2022.
On November 15, 2022, he was arrested in Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building; disruptive conduct in a restricted building; disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
He was 32 was years old when he was arrested on November 15, 2022.
