Who is Stephany Amado?

Stephany Melanie Amado Lopes is a Cabo Verdean model and beauty queen born and raised in Terra Branca, Praia, Cabo Verde. She represented Cabo Verde in Miss International.

Amado is an advocate of holistic medicine. She is multilingual and she enjoys writing poetry, reading, singing, cooking, traveling and hiking.

After winning a beauty pageant at the Escola Secundária Cónego Jacinto Peregrino da Costa in Varzea, Praia, she was invited to participate in a fashion show by Cindy Monteiro, a Cape Verdean stylist based in France. From Praia, Amado later moved to Mindelo, Cabo Verde then to New York, United States.

  9. In July 2023, she visited Miami Beach, Florida, USA.
  10. On August 26, 2023, she served as a judge at Miss Divine Beauty 2023 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi, India.
  11. In November 2023, she visited Metro Manila, Philippines.
  12. In February 2024, she traveled to Angola.
  13. On March 10, 2024, she turned 25.
