Elle May Edwards of Merseyside, North West, England, United Kingdom has died. She was 26.
Edwards is Tim Edwards‘ daughter and Lucy Edwards‘ sister. Elle worked as a makeup artist at Nova Hair and Beauty Studio in Moreton, Wirral, Merseyide.
On the evening of December 24, 2022, Elle and Lucy partied at the Lighthouse Inn in Wallasey, Wirral with friends. Lucy went home first while Elle stayed.
Lucy is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She had flown home to spend the year-end vacation with family.
At around 11:50 p.m., Elle was shot in the head in the Lighthouse Inn allegedly by a man, then 30, of Tranmere, Wirral and a woman, then 19, of Rock Ferry, Wirral. Elle was rushed to Arrowe Park Hospital in Upton, Wirral where she was pronounced dead.
Elle is not believed to have been the target of the attack. A dark-colored vehicle, possibly an A-class Mercedes, was seen to leave the pub car park minutes after the shooting.
Aside from Elle, four other people were injured. Among them was a man, 28, who remains in a critical condition in hospital.
On December 26, 2022, the two people accused of fatally shooting her were arrested in Tranmere. On December 27, 2022, Elle’s sister-in-law Kirby Fraser created a GoFundMe page for their family.
