5. On January 25, 2021, authorities visited her home in Roanoke. She told them she had traveled to Washington, D.C. with her brother– and other individuals.
6. She is the registered agent of Four Brothers Builders LLC, which is based in Roanoke and was incorporated on September 17, 2021.
7. A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against her, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey on January 12, 2023.
8. On January 17, 2023, she was arrested. For her participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, she was charged with the felony offenses of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, and obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder and the misdemeanor offenses of theft of government property, entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds and impeding passage through the U.S. Capitol grounds or buildings.
9. She was 33 years old when she was arrested on January 17, 2023. That day, she appeared in federal court for an initial appearance on six charges. Magistrate Judge Robert Ballou set a $15,000 unsecured bond
10. On January 24, 2023, she will appear by video conference in federal court in Washington, D.C. where she will stand trial.
