Miss Massachusetts USA 2023 will be crowned at the Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, Massachusetts, United States on January 29, 2023. It is the 72nd edition of the state-level beauty competition that selects Massachusetts’ official candidate for Miss USA, which chooses the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Massachusetts has 15 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Shawnae Jebbia in 1998 and Susie Castillo in 2003. The most recent one was in 2018 when Allissa Latham finished in the Top 15.

Jebbia finished in the Top 5 at Miss Universe 1998. Castillo finished in the Top 15 at Miss Universe 2003.

Representing Lawrence, Skarlet Ramirez was 27 years old when she was crowned Miss Massachusetts USA 2022 at Burlington Marriott Hotel on March 27, 2022. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up are Bailey Medeiros of Monson, Judy Lin of Cambridge, Meera Gupta of Hamilton and Samantha Vocatura of Weston.
