Miss Alabama USA 2023 will be crowned at the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center of Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, United States on January 28, 2023. It is the 68th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Alabama’s Miss USA candidate.

Alabama currently has 30 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Sylvia Hitchcock, who won Miss USA and Miss Universe in 1967. The most recent one was in 2020 when Kelly Hutchinson was the fourth runner-up.

Representing Dothan, Katelyn Vinson was 21 years old when she was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2022 on January 15, 2022. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Noelia Voigt of Camelia, Harleigh Lantrip of Hoover, Natalie Lamm of Auburn and Samantha Huver of Northport.
