The Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 coronation night will be held at the Salón Sirionó Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia on March 25, 2023. It is the 31st edition of the international beauty pageant celebrating Hispanic heritage, language and culture.
Red Uno will broadcast the show. This edition marks the first time Equatorial Guinea, Germany and Italy are participating.
Andrea Bazarte of Mexico was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2021 at the Salón Sirionó Fexpocruz on October 30, 2021 while Ana Lucia Tejiera of Panama was Virreina Hispanoamericana 2021. The respective first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Maria Alejandra Vengoechea of Colombia, Andrea Romero of Venezuela, Emmanuelle Vera of the Philippines, Bruna Zanardo of Brazil and Theresa Agonia of Portugal.
