The Miss Tennessee USA 2023 coronation night will take place at the George and Sharon Mabry Concert Hall on the campus of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee, United States on March 11, 2023. It is the 71stedition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Tennessee’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Tennessee has 35 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Lynette Cole in 2000 and Rachel Smith in 2007. The most recent one was in 2022 when Emily Suttle finished in the Top 12.

Representing Franklin, Suttle was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2022 at the George and Sharon Mabry Concert Hall on the campus of Austin Peay State University on March 12, 2022. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Emma Conn of Knoxville, Regan Ringler of Heart of Nashville, Macy Garner of Greenfield and Elise Stein of Downtown Nashville.
