The Miss Uganda 2023 coronation night will take place at UMA Multipurpose Hall in Kampala, Uganda on March 18, 2023. It is the 28th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Uganda’s Miss World candidate.
Currently, Uganda has two Miss World placements. Representing the African country, Quiin Abenakyo finished in the Top 5 in 2018 and Oliver Nakakande was crowned Miss World Africa 2019 and finished in the Top 40 in 2019.
Amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Miss Uganda 2019 first runner-up Elizabeth Bagaya was appointed as Miss Uganda 2020. She was also appointed as Uganda’s Miss World 2021 representative.
There are 21 women competing for the Miss Uganda 2023 crown. Here are the candidates:
