2. On December 5, 2021, he posted to the YPD social media account again threatening to kill the mayor of Yonkers. He also wrote, “Starting tomorrow I will start killing your officers just so u know who is doing it, Ridon Kola Albanian blood.”
3. On December 6, 2021, YPD detectives went to his residence in Yonkers. He admitted to making the threatening posts but claimed he had no plans to harm YPD officers or the mayor. The officers searched the residence and did not observe any weapons. He was not arrested.

On the same day, he sent two direct messages to the YPD social media account threatening to “crucify Yonkers cops and their bosses all along” McLean Avenue, which is part of the route of Yonkers’ St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 18, 2023, adding “it will be a horror scene”.

9. On March 17, 2023, U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul E. Davison signed a criminal complaint filed against him by FBI special agent William Slattery.
