The Miss Mississippi USA 2023 coronation night will take place at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Neshoba County, Mississippi, United States on April 1, 2023. It is the 65th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Mississippi’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
Currently, Mississippi has 12 Miss USA placements including the first runner-up finish of Leah Laviano in 2008, the coronation of Asya Branch in 2020 and the Top 16 finish of Bailey Anderson in 2021. Branch finished in the Top 21 at Miss Universe 2020.
Representing Southern Magnolia, Hailey White was 23 when she was crowned Miss Mississippi USA 2022 at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw on April 2, 2022. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Hannah Perrigin of Lowndes County, Michaela Lian of South Mississippi, Sydney Russell of Lauderdale County and Maggie Ulmer of Oxford.
