The Miss Philippines Earth 2023 coronation night will be held in Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines on April 29, 2023. It is the 23rd edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Philippines’ Miss Earth candidate.

Currently, the Philippines has 19 Miss Earth placements including the coronation of Karla Henry in 2008, Jamie Herrell in 2014, Angelia Ong in 2015 and Karen Ibasco in 2017. Representing the Asian country, Cathy Untalan is Miss Earth-Water 2006, Sandra Seifert is Miss Earth-Air 2009, Athena Imperial is Miss Earth-Water 2011, Stephany Stefanowitz is Miss Earth-Air 2012 and Roxanne Baeyens is Miss Earth-Water 2020.

Representing Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, Jenny Ramp was 19 when she was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2022 in Coron, Palawan, Philippines on August 6, 2022. Representing the Philippines, she finished in the Top 20 at Miss Earth 2022 in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 29, 2022.
