  2. On January 6, 2021, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
  3. On January 8, 2021, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents interviewed him at his residence in Gladstone Park. He acknowledged that he was in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021 but he was evasive about whether he entered the U.S. Capitol building. He told the agents he would upload videos taken at the U.S. Capitol.
  4. On January 9, 2021, an FBI agent received an email from an email address that included his first and last names. The email stated, “Hello Nice FBI Lady, Here are the links to the videos. Looks like Podium Guy is in one of them, less the podium. Let me know if you need anything else. Kevin Lyons.”
  5. On January 12, 2021, U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey signed a criminal complained filed by an FBI special agent against him.
