On April 21, 2023, Collier County Sheriff’s Office detectives executed a search warrant at Mannerberg’s residence in Naples. The detectives obtained a search warrant for his MeetMe account.

In response to the warrant, MeetMe provided records. Subsequently, Mannerberg was taken into custody and charged with computer pornography.
