1. From 2002 to 2008, he coached at Magic All-Stars, a cheerleading academy in Orange County, California, USA. Between 2002 and 2007, he allegedly molested five young girls aged 11 to 16 from Orange County. For two years, he allegedly molested another girl from Orange County, a cheerleader he was coaching, when she was 14 and 15.
2. In 2005, he was an assistant cheer coach at Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, Orange County.
3. In 2019, he started coaching at Champion Elite Legacy, a cheerleading gym in South Daytona, Volusia County, Florida, USA where he met two sisters aged 10 and 8. Outside of the gym, the sisters and their family began to see him in social settings and welcomed him as part of their family. Later, he temporarily moved into a detached apartment on the family’s property. He allegedly exposed himself to one of the girls on numerous occasions at the gym and at home and touched her inappropriately while stunting.
4. On July 3, 2022, he masturbated during a FaceTime call to the two sisters he first met at Champion Elite Legacy in 2019 and their female friend, then 13, who he was also coaching at the same gym. On another occasion he allegedly fondled the breast of the third girl. Police in Daytona Beach, Volusia County charged him with three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on persons under 18 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
5. On August 4, 2022, he was arrested in Kansas, USA on a warrant related to an alleged abuse in Florida and booked into the Chase County Detention Center in Cottonwood Falls, Chase County, Kansas. He was extradited back to Volusia County but after posting $300,000 bond, he was released without any restrictions on leaving Florida.
6. On October 11, 2022, his attorneys were granted a continuance of 120 days from the pre-trial conference that was scheduled for October 19, 2022.
7. In December 2022, he moved to Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota, USA.
8. In the first week of May 2023, he was arrested in Fargo. He was extradited to Orange County and booked into the Theo Lacy Facility in Orange, Orange County.
9. He was 44 years old when he appeared in court on May 10, 2023. He was charged with 16 felony child molestation counts in California.
