The Miss Supranational United States 2023 coronation night will take place at The East Angel in Los Angeles, California, United States on May 21, 2023. It is the seventh edition of the national pageant that selects the Miss Supranational candidate of the U.S.

Currently, the U.S. has five Miss Supranational placements including the fourth runner-up finish of Krystelle Khoury in 2011, the third runner-up finish of Allyn Rose in 2014 and the first runner-up finish of Katrina Dimaranan in 2018. The most recent one was in 2019 when Regina Gray finished in the Top 10.

Sofia Acosta of Miami, Florida, USA was 26 when she was crowned Miss Supranational USA 2021 in Chicago, Illinois, USA on June 23, 2021. She represented the U.S. at Miss Supranational USA 2022 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland.
