Unnur Birna Vilhjálmsdóttir is an Icelandic anthropologist, lawyer, actor, model and beauty queen. She and her mother Unnur Steinsson held the Miss Iceland title in 2005 and 1983, respectively.

Steinsson represented Iceland at Miss Universe 1983 and Miss World 1983. She was unplaced at the former and finished in the Top 7 at the latter.

While Vilhjálmsdóttir was born in Reykjavik, Iceland, she grew up in Seltjarnarnes, Iceland. She was studying anthropology at the Háskóli Íslands in Reykjavik when she represented Iceland in Miss World.
