She was ejected from a Boys and Girls Club over what was seen as predatory behavior. She allegedly would hang out with eight Port Angeles High School students in the gully behind her apartment complex near the corner of South Race Street and East Park Avenue in Port Angeles.

At 1:30 p.m., she was booked into the Clallam County Jail in Port Angeles and charged with unlawful harboring of a minor. She told the jail staff she identifies as a 15-year-old boy.
  8. On May 5, 2023, her unlawful harboring of a minor charge was dismissed and replaced with one count of distribution of a controlled substance (marijuana/cannabis) to a minor.
  9. On the afternoon of May 12, 2023, she appeared before Superior Court Judge Brent Basden in Clallam County Superior Court and pleaded not guilty to one count of delivery of controlled substances to a minor. Represented by Alex Stalker, she was prohibited from coming within 500 feet of any school district property or 200 feet of any state.
  10. At 12:34 p.m. on May 14, 2023, she was released from the Clallam County Jail after posting $5,000 bail.
  11. She was 35 years old when she wrote on May 17, 2023 on Facebook, “Update: going to get voluntary treatment at a mental health unit to get started on medications to help stabilize me and give m a chance for a better direction in life.”
  12. At 1:30 p.m. on June 9, 2023, she will attend a status hearing.
  13. On July 10, 2023, she will go on trial.
