Wearing identical American flag and Armor of God patches on their left arms, he and his son father went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. While wearing gas masks, he and his father were arrested for curfew violations later that day.
On September 28, 2021, he joined Azoth Solutions in Denver, Colorado.
On January 10, 2023, U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey signed a criminal complaint filed by a Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent against him and his father.
On June 8, 2023, he and his father were arrested.
He was 25 years old when he was arrested on June 8, 2023. He was charged with obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder; knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a U.S. Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
