Diane Leyre is a French radio personality, model and beauty queen. She is originally from Gard, Languedoc-Roussillon, France.

Currently, Leyre is based in Paris, France. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English.

1. She was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France to André Leyre, a real estate developer, and Sabine Leyre, a former flight attendant.
2. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from IE University in Madrid, Spain.

8. On June 21, 2022, she was not able to crown her successor Miss Paris 2022 Océane Bobeche because she was in Montpellier, France with Miss Universe Ukraine 2020 Yelizaveta Yastremskaya raising funds for Ukrainian war orphans.
9. In August 2022, she became a cohost on the Virgin Radio daily morning show “Le Morning sans filtre” with Guillaume Genton and Fabien Delettres.
10. On December 17, 2022, she crowned her successor Miss France 2023 Indira Ampiot at M.A.CH 36 in Châteauroux, Centre-Val de Loire, France.

She was supposed to represent France at Miss Universe 2022 on January 15, 2023 but before the competition, she released a statement stating that she would not compete internationally as she did not have enough time to prepare for the pageants due to her schedule as Miss France 2022. She was replaced by Miss France 2022 first runner-up Floriane Bascou.
12. On July 10, 2023, she was officially appointed Miss Universe France 2023.
13. She was 26 years old when she represented France at Miss Universe 2023 on November 18, 2023 and competed against 83 other candidates at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, El Salvador. She was unplaced.
