Kenneth Garimond Ilagan is a Filipino guitarist based in San Ramon, California, United States. He played guitar for the Filipino bands The Dawn, True Faith, Violent Playground and Xaga, which was later renamed Rivermaya.

Ilagan’s mother grew up in Pandacan, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. They had a house in Pila, Laguna, Philippines.
