For her participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, she was charged with illegally demonstrating inside the U.S. Capitol, entering a restricted area and two counts of disorderly conduct.
On August 25, 2023, she was arrested in Huntsville, Alabama, USA.
She was 49 years old when she was arrested on August 25, 2023.
